A complete PIM + DAM, run for you.
Product information management and digital asset management in one system: every SKU, spec, price, photo, and shipping rule — cleaned, governed, and published from one place.
Your whole catalog, visible in one place.
Every product, photo, brand, and rule in a live map of your actual data. Clusters are your brands, and anything still waiting on your approval is drawn as unfinished until you approve it.
Above: a live simulation of the Explore view. In the product it's your actual data, and search reads what's inside the photos themselves, not just filenames.
- Import mapping
- Reads PriceList FINAL rev3 (2).xlsx and proposes the column mapping with confidence scores. Confirm once; it remembers.
- Photo matching
- Orphan images matched to products with evidence. Nothing links without sign-off.
- UPC repair
- Invalid check digits diagnosed and fixed deterministically. Ambiguous cases defer to you instead of guessing.
- Copy drafting
- Missing titles and descriptions drafted only from the product's own attributes. Nothing invented, nothing published unapproved.
- Compliance rules
- Turns your shipping-restriction notes into reviewable rules that exclude the right SKUs from the right feeds — original wording attached.
- Catalog search
- Plain-English search across products and image content, with answers you can audit.
As received. As published. Drag it.
One record, the shape we get every week. Left of the handle is the file as it arrived; right is what your channels get — every fix proposed with evidence and approved by a person on your team.
As received, the record read: name "10.5 inch SPEAR BLADE **NEW**", an invalid UPC, no photos on file, two brand spellings, no copy. As published after approval: Ridge-Hawk 10.5" Spear Blade, UPC 008781889678 repaired, 3 photos matched, brand Ridge-Hawk Cutlery, copy drafted from specs and approved.
Drag the handle, or use the arrow keys.
Every value keeps its provenance. Shown: a representative record from the demo catalog we build against.
Drop your files, approve the fixes, done.
Catalog cleanup stops being a project you staff and becomes a queue you approve.
1Send us what you have
ERP exports, price lists, photo folders, spec sheets, in whatever state they're in. SKUsmith reads each file, proposes how its columns map, and remembers after you confirm once.
2You approve the fixes
Repaired UPCs, matched photos with stated evidence, one spelling per brand, copy drafted strictly from your own specs. Confirm, reject, or edit each one.
Your team's whole job is this queue, and it's a short one.3We publish every channel
Dealer asset packs, web store imports, marketplace feeds: each in its own shape, restricted items excluded with reasons, every run diffed and downloadable.
Start with the free report.
Send your website and we scan your public catalog — the same data your dealers, marketplaces, and search engines already see, then email you a scored report:
- Every UPC/GTIN gap: missing and invalid codes, by SKU
- Products without photos: including ones marketplaces suppress
- Thin or duplicate copy: titles and descriptions that won't rank
- Brand-name inconsistencies: every spelling variant we find
- The 10 SKUs to fix first: ranked by channel impact

Shown: a real report for a real distributor storefront, name withheld. How we handle your data
Flat and predictable.
Flat, sized to your catalog, and never per seat. We'll put exact numbers on your catalog after the free report.
- We ingest your ERP exports, images, and documents
- Cleanup queues worked with your team's approval
- Channel feeds configured: dealers, web store, marketplaces
- A fixed quote before we start; live in about 30 days
- Support is the founder, not a ticket queue
- Every import, publish, and approval queue included
- New channels and checks as they ship
- Cancel anytime; your data exports with you
You own your catalog. Full export in open formats any day you want. If you ever leave, or we ever disappear, you receive a self-hosted copy of the system with your data in it. No data ransom, ever.
Questions owners ask us.
How much work is this for my team?
Approvals only. We do the ingestion, matching, repairs, and drafting; your team reviews queues of proposed fixes with the evidence attached. Most teams spend under an hour a week in the queue during setup, less after.
What does the AI actually change on its own?
Nothing. Every fix is a proposal with its evidence, confirmed by a person on your team before it publishes, and every value stays traceable to the file and column it came from. Where the AI is uncertain, it defers to you instead of guessing.
Is our data safe?
Your catalog lives in an isolated single-tenant database, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. The details are written in plain language on our security page.
What happens if we leave?
Nothing changes about your data ownership (see "You own your catalog" under pricing). And if we ever part ways, you also keep a running copy of the system itself, not just your files.
Who am I actually dealing with?
A founder-run company currently working with pilot distributors. Email goes to the founder, and the founder answers, including on the free report. That report is how most conversations start.
See what your channels see.
Send your website. We'll scan your public catalog and email back a scored report with exact SKUs named, yours to keep whether or not we ever talk.
