This site describes the SKUsmith product and offers a free catalog health report. The report is informational: it reflects what your public catalog exposed at scan time, provided as-is, and may contain errors. It creates no obligation on either side.
Paid implementations and subscriptions are governed by a written agreement signed by both parties — scope, pricing, data handling, and termination live there, not on a webpage. Nothing on this site constitutes that agreement.
Customer catalog data belongs to the customer. Our standing commitments — full export in open formats at any time, deletion on request at engagement end, and a self-hosted copy of the system if we ever cannot serve you — are restated in every customer agreement.
Don't use the free report to scan catalogs you have no legitimate interest in, and don't attempt to disrupt the service. That's it.
